The hotel had spacious and comfortable rooms in a NO SMOKING area, although it seemed like the previous occupant had a dog. The hospitality tray provided everything we needed, and the service was good overall. The location was perfect for staying in the area, despite being near a noisy dual carriageway. The dining experience was of good quality, with a slight issue with the service. The facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.
The hotel offered a lovely suite at a regular room price. It took me a bit of time to find my room, but once inside, it was spacious. The room tended to get hot, and opening the window was only a brief relief due to the noisy motorway nearby.
The hotel was a pleasant surprise; rooms were clean and quiet despite the proximity to the M62. The service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff. The location was convenient for us, though a bit dated. The dining experience had room for improvement with limited healthy options. Overall, great value for money.
